Illustration with fictional example data

One institution. The right view for each person.

Leaders plan operations. Staff follow the day’s arrangements. Parents keep up with their own children.

For leaders

Keep the plan close to the working day.

Staff rotas, room allocations, leave and handovers. Follow attendance and tasks while keeping personnel information separate from the family portal.

For staff

Relevant information when it is needed.

Record arrivals and pickups, see authorised collectors, and find the messages and practical information covered by your access.

For parents

A clear connection to your child’s day.

Read updates, message the institution, report expected absence and follow the calendar. Pickup changes and permission requests each have a clear status.

A shared thread through the day.

Practical arrangements stay with the child and room, so the next person can follow what is happening.

  1. Morning

    See the day’s arrangements

Expected times, absence and planned staff sit alongside the room view. Digital attendance is kept separate from a physical headcount.

  2. During the day

    Keep the right people informed

Share an update with selected families, assign a task or write a handover. Photos go through access and sharing checks before publication.

  3. At pickup

    Finish with a clear arrangement

See who is authorised to collect, review change requests and record the pickup. A request is not a confirmed arrangement until staff have reviewed it.

Family communication with room for what matters.

A conversation about a child, a trip response or a permission decision. Families see the requests that concern them.

Messages and updates

Conversations, institutional updates and selected photos in one place.

Calendar and responses

Activities, holidays and meetings with response options when the institution requests them.

Arrangements for your child

Expected times, absence and pickup requests with a visible status.

Access follows responsibility and relationships.

Parents join through the institution’s invitation. Staff access follows their role and assigned rooms and sites.

  • Parents see content for the children they have access to.
  • Staff use two-step verification for protected information.
  • Notifications use general wording; the content opens after login.

A few things to clarify first.

Who is Staff Wing Dagtilbud for?

Nurseries, kindergartens and combined institutions in Denmark. The institution chooses whether to use staff operations alone or also activate the family portal.

Can each person choose their own language?

Yes. Leaders, staff and parents can choose Danish or English in their own settings. The choice is remembered for their access to the institution.

Does it connect to Aula or municipal systems?

There is no automatic connection to Aula, municipal admission systems or CPR registers. You decide how Staff Wing fits the institution’s routines and existing systems.

How do we get started?

Request a demonstration and review your rooms, staffing and family communication with us. Agreement and activation are handled separately. Creating an account does not start a payment.

Let’s start with your institution.

Show us how your day works. We will walk through the leader, staff and parent experiences with you.
