Will I be charged when I sign up?
Your subscription charge is zero when you start an eligible 14-day trial through Stripe. A card is required. Your plan renews monthly after the trial at the price shown plus applicable tax. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Owners can manage their plan or cancel renewal from Plan & billing. Managers can view billing. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before a later renewal to stop the next charge.
Who counts towards the plan limit?
Active owners, managers and employees count towards your 30- or 50-person plan. Your plan covers people across your locations. See the pricing page for both team sizes.
How does the AI know our workplace policies?
You provide and approve your workplace material. AI answers use that material and respect the user’s access permissions. It does not access live private records or make decisions for your team. Check sources and review AI-generated content.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. Staff Wing works on desktop and mobile, with a shared workspace and light and dark appearance. Employees can check shifts, keep up with chat and find learning on the go.
Do I need to book a demo first?
No. Choose a plan, create your account and follow the guided setup for your locations and team. You can invite people and explore at your own pace. If you want a hand, our team can help.
