Your plan

Staff Wing provides workplace management software for businesses. Choose a monthly Essential plan without AI, or Essential + AI. The capacity shown on your plan includes all active employees, managers and owners with access. Prices are per business in the billing currency selected before registration and confirmed at checkout. GBP, AED and CAD plans have their own fixed monthly prices. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Existing subscriptions retain their billing currency.

Your 14-day trial

New business accounts receive one 14-day free trial after email verification and completion of secure Stripe checkout. A payment card is required to start the trial. Your subscription charge at trial checkout is zero. After 14 days, your chosen plan renews monthly at the price and applicable tax confirmed at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends. Existing subscriptions and previously accepted no-card trials retain their agreed terms. Those no-card trials end automatically without charge; access pauses unless the owner separately chooses a paid subscription.

Renewals and cancellation

Card-required trials renew into paid monthly subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Owners can open Hub → Billing & plan to manage payment details, invoices and cancellation. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period. For previously accepted no-card trials, choosing a paid subscription starts paid billing immediately and ends the remaining free trial; those trials need no cancellation if you do not subscribe. Payment and access

Stripe collects payment details directly when you complete checkout. Staff Wing keeps your subscription status and billing identifiers, not your full card details. Leaving checkout incomplete does not start a new card-required trial or subscription. An expired trial, failed payment or ended subscription may restrict workspace access; the owner can still open billing to review the account. Contact us if a charge appears incorrect. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Using your workplace

You are responsible for the business details you provide, the people you invite, the permissions you give them and the material you upload. Share only information you have the right to use. Keep login details secure. Each person should use their own account.

AI features

AI features are included only with an AI plan and remain subject to service usage limits and individual data-sharing choices. AI output can be incorrect: review generated answers, training and dish content before relying on or publishing it. Your workplace controls which sources are approved for AI.
