What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your selected plan renews monthly after the 14-day trial at the price confirmed at checkout, plus applicable tax, until cancelled. A card is required to start the trial. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Business owners can open Billing to change the plan or cancel its next renewal. Managers can view billing and invoices. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

Who counts towards the 30 or 50 people?

Everyone with active access counts, including owners, managers and employees. Exactly 30 people fit the smaller plan and exactly 50 fit the larger one. You can use your plan across multiple locations.

Do I need AI to use training, HR or menus?

No. Both plans include all the standard workplace tools. Essential + AI adds the assistant, AI-assisted training creation, and AI menu analysis and dish photography. You can manage your handbooks, training and menus yourself on Essential.

Do I have to book a demo first?

No. Choose a plan, start your trial and follow the guided setup for your location, team and tools. You can return to optional setup steps later, and our team can help if you need it.
